  • Payment Gateway Providers: Transaction data is processed by our payment partners (such as Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm, or Cashfree). We only share order value and basic identification; we do not store your card or UPI details.
  • Technology Service Providers: We use third-party platforms (such as our website hosting provider, analytics tools, and marketing tools) that may process your data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Social Media Platforms: Our website uses the Facebook/Meta pixel and may share browsing activity data with Meta Platforms for advertising purposes. You can opt out via your Facebook Ad Preferences or by disabling cookies (see Section 7).

When you make a payment, you are redirected to or interact with the secure interface of our payment partner. We receive only a confirmation of whether your payment was successful or failed, along with a transaction reference number. We strongly advise you to:

  • Never share your OTP, card CVV, or PIN with anyone — including Kaveechi staff.

  • Customer support communications: 2 years from the date of resolution
  • Website analytics data: 26 months (anonymised/aggregated)

After the applicable retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to you.
