At Kaveechi, we ship our handcrafted sarees and unstitched dress materials across India with care and speed. This policy explains how your order is processed, packed, shipped, and delivered — and what to do if something goes wrong along the way.

Section 1

Shipping Coverage

We ship Pan-India — to all states and union territories across India, including metro cities, tier-2 and tier-3 cities, and most towns and villages serviceable by our courier partners.

Delivery to certain remote, hilly, or border areas (such as parts of the Northeast, Lakshadweep, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and some PIN codes in J&K and Ladakh) may take additional time or may not always be serviceable. If your PIN code is not covered, you will be notified at checkout or by our support team after placing the order.

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Section 2

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on All Orders — Pan India

We offer completely free shipping on every order, regardless of order value or delivery location within India. No minimum order value. No hidden delivery charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Shipping charges are only applicable in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Re-delivery after failed delivery: If a parcel is undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by you, or because you were unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Return-to-origin (RTO) re-dispatch: If you refuse to accept the delivery without a valid reason and wish to have the same order re-dispatched, fresh shipping charges will apply.

Section 3

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option on all orders across India. With COD, you pay the delivery person in cash at the time of receiving your order — no advance payment required.

How COD works at Kaveechi:

  • Select "Cash on Delivery" as your payment method at checkout.
  • Your order will be processed and dispatched exactly like a prepaid order.
  • Pay the exact order amount in cash to the delivery executive at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready as delivery executives may not always carry change.
  • Once payment is collected, you will receive a delivery receipt. Please retain this for your records.

Important COD conditions:

  • COD orders that are refused at delivery without a valid reason will be flagged. Repeat refusals may result in COD being disabled for your account.
  • If a COD order is returned to us (RTO) after failed delivery attempts, a COD handling fee of ₹50–₹100 may be deducted if you request a re-dispatch.
  • Refunds for COD orders (in case of valid returns) are processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details to our support team.

Caution: Never pay more than the amount shown in your order confirmation. Kaveechi representatives will never call you asking for additional payment before or after delivery. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Kaveechi and asks for payment via UPI or bank transfer for a COD order, please report it to us immediately — it is a scam.

Primary Shipping Partner

One of India's largest logistics networks, covering 18,000+ PIN codes across India. Known for reliable tracking, timely delivery, and strong coverage in both metros and smaller towns.

Xpressbees

Primary Shipping Partner

A leading Indian courier service with extensive reach across tier-2 and tier-3 cities. Offers real-time tracking and strong COD collection capabilities across India.

Your order will be assigned to either Delhivery or Xpressbees based on your delivery PIN code, product type, and serviceability at the time of dispatch. You will receive the courier name and AWB (tracking) number once your order is shipped.

We do not ship via unregistered, local, or untracked courier services. Every Kaveechi order is fully trackable from dispatch to delivery.


Section 5

Order Processing Time

Once you place an order on kaveechi.com, here is what happens before it is shipped:

Order Confirmation

You receive an order confirmation via SMS and/or WhatsApp immediately after placing the order. Please verify that your delivery address and contact number are correct at this stage.

Quality Check & Packing

Your selected saree or dress material is carefully inspected for quality, folded, and packed securely to prevent damage during transit. We photograph each item before packing.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) on business days (Monday–Saturday) are typically dispatched on the same day or the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the following business day.

Shipment Notification

Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or WhatsApp message with your courier name and tracking number (AWB). You can use this to track your order in real time.

Processing Time Summary: Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order placement. During high-demand periods (festivals, sales), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Business days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays and national public holidays (Republic Day, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Diwali, Holi, Eid, Christmas, etc.) are non-working days and are excluded from processing and delivery timelines.

These are estimated timelines, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary based on courier operations, weather conditions, local holidays, and your PIN code serviceability.

Total delivery time = Processing time (1–2 days) + Transit time (as above). For example, an order placed in Delhi on a Monday before 2 PM may be dispatched Tuesday and delivered by Thursday–Friday.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it in the following ways:

  • Delhivery tracking: Visit www.delhivery.com → click "Track" → enter your AWB number.
  • Xpressbees tracking: Visit www.xpressbees.com → click "Track Shipment" → enter your AWB number.
  • WhatsApp / Phone: Share your Order ID with us on WhatsApp at +91 87872 63652 and we will provide a status update.

Your AWB (Air Waybill) tracking number is shared with you via SMS or WhatsApp at the time of dispatch. Please save this number for reference.

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.


Section 8

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, certain situations are beyond our control and may cause delays:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather: Floods, cyclones, heavy snowfall, or other natural events affecting transit routes
  • Public strikes or bandhs affecting road or air transport in a region
  • Peak festive seasons: Orders placed during Diwali, Navratri, Eid, or major sale events may experience 1–3 days of additional delay due to high volumes across all courier networks
  • Government restrictions or curfews in certain areas
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of ordering
  • Remote PIN codes with limited courier serviceability

In case of an unusual delay exceeding 10 business days from dispatch, please contact us and we will raise a formal investigation with the courier partner on your behalf.


Section 9

Failed Delivery & Refused Orders

Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts at your address. The courier executive may also contact you on your registered phone number before or during the delivery attempt.

If delivery fails due to your unavailability: The parcel will be held at the nearest courier facility for a brief period (usually 3–7 days depending on the courier). Contact the courier directly using the tracking number or contact us to arrange re-delivery.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address: The package will be returned to us (Return to Origin / RTO). Once we receive the returned parcel, we will contact you. Re-dispatch will require you to confirm the correct address, and fresh shipping charges may apply.

Important: If you refuse to accept a delivery without a valid reason, the order will be marked as RTO and returned to us. No refund will be issued for shipping costs in such cases. Repeated refusals may result in your account being restricted from placing future COD orders. Please refer to our Return Policy for valid return procedures.

Section 10

Damaged or Tampered Package at Delivery

We pack all Kaveechi orders carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a package that appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or resealed by the courier:

  • Do not accept a package that is severely torn, crushed, or has clearly been opened and resealed — refuse delivery and ask the delivery executive to note the reason.
  • If you do accept it, record a clear unboxing video immediately (as required by our Return Policy) before opening the package further.
  • Report the damaged package to us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 87872 63652) with photographs and your unboxing video.
  • We will raise a claim with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

Minor dents or scuffs on the outer packaging that do not affect the product inside are normal in transit and are not considered damage. Please inspect the actual product, not just the outer box or polybag.
