Kaveechi is an Indian fashion brand founded in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh — the heartland of India's finest handloom and textile heritage. We design, source, and sell sarees (including Banarasi silk sarees) and unstitched dress materials through our website kaveechi.com.

Section 2 Eligibility to Use This Website

To access our website and place orders, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
The information you provide to us — including your name, delivery address, phone number, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are not located in a region where purchasing from Indian e-commerce stores is restricted or prohibited by local law.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our website at our discretion if we believe a user is in violation of these Terms or is misusing our platform.

Section 3 Our Products

Kaveechi sells handcrafted and artisan-sourced textile products including sarees and unstitched dress materials. Because many of our products are handwoven or handcrafted, please note the following:

Colour variations: Product colours shown on the website are as accurate as our photography allows. However, actual colours may appear slightly different on your screen due to your device's display settings, screen brightness, and calibration. Minor colour differences are inherent to handcrafted textiles and do not constitute a defect.
Weave and texture variations: Handloom and handcrafted products may carry natural irregularities in weave, thread count, or texture. These are characteristics of authentic handmade products and are not to be treated as manufacturing defects.
Product availability: All products are subject to availability. If a product you order is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will notify you and offer either a refund or an alternative product.
Product images: Images are for representative purposes. Slight variations in border design, pallu pattern, or embellishment placement may exist between the photographed sample and the delivered product, particularly for handloom items.

Every Kaveechi product is quality-checked before dispatch and photographed as part of our order documentation process. We stand behind the authenticity and craftsmanship of what we sell.

Section 4 Pricing & Payment

Pricing: All prices on kaveechi.com are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.

Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
Debit Cards and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
Net Banking
Cash on Delivery (COD) — available Pan India

Payment Security: All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Kaveechi does not store your card details, UPI credentials, or banking passwords. You are solely responsible for keeping your payment credentials secure.

Warning against fraud: Kaveechi will never ask you for your OTP, card CVV, or PIN number over phone, WhatsApp, or any other channel. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Kaveechi and requests such information, do not share it — it is a fraud attempt. Report it to us immediately.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is made to the courier executive at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact order amount in cash ready. COD handling terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Invoice: A digital invoice or order summary will be shared with you upon successful payment or order placement. This serves as your purchase confirmation.

Section 5 Orders & Contract of Sale

Placing an order on kaveechi.com constitutes an offer to purchase from us. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch your order, at which point you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any stage for the following reasons:

The product is out of stock or no longer available
We suspect the order involves fraud, misuse, or a violation of these Terms
The delivery address is outside our serviceable area
There is a pricing or product listing error on our website
Payment was not successfully received or verified

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation by You: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number assigned, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy for post-delivery options.

Section 6 Shipping & Delivery

We ship Pan India via our courier partners Delhivery and Xpressbees. Shipping is free on all orders across India, with no minimum order value.

Estimated delivery timelines, processing times, COD delivery procedures, failed delivery handling, and all other shipping-related matters are governed by our dedicated Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Kaveechi is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Section 7 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We have a dedicated Return & Refund Policy that governs all return, refund, and exchange requests. Key points for reference:

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns are accepted only for wrong products delivered or confirmed manufacturing defects.
A valid, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all return or damage claims.
Used, worn, washed, or altered products are not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of our Return Policy. Attempting to abuse our return process — including returning used goods, switching products, or fabricating evidence — may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.

Section 8 Intellectual Property

All content on kaveechi.com — including but not limited to product photographs, design, logo, brand name, text, graphics, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the intellectual property of Kaveechi and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws.

You are not permitted to:

Copy, reproduce, or republish any product image, description, or website content without our prior written consent
Use the Kaveechi name, logo, or brand identity for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without permission
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data or product listings from our website
Resell products purchased from Kaveechi under a different brand name or representation

Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

Section 9 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When using kaveechi.com, you agree not to:

Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of ordering or return
Attempt to access, hack, or tamper with any part of our website, database, or payment systems
Place orders with the intent of fraud — including ordering with no intent to pay (COD fraud), returning used goods, or sending a different item back
Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law
Post, upload, or transmit any malicious code, virus, or harmful content through our platform
Impersonate Kaveechi, our staff, or any other person or entity
Engage in bulk or commercial resale of our products without a formal agreement with us
Leave false reviews or ratings intended to harm our reputation

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension of your account, cancellation of all pending orders, and where warranted, a formal complaint to law enforcement authorities.

Section 10 Limitation of Liability

Kaveechi's liability to you in connection with any order or use of this website is limited to the value of the specific order in dispute. We are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products
Loss of data, business, or profit arising from website downtime or technical errors
Delays or failures in delivery caused by our courier partners, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Damage or loss resulting from your use of third-party links on our website

We make reasonable efforts to keep kaveechi.com accurate, secure, and operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for temporary downtime due to maintenance, technical failures, or external factors.

If something genuinely goes wrong with your order due to our mistake — wrong product sent, manufacturing defect confirmed — we will make it right through a replacement or full refund. Our commitment to our customers is real, not just legal language.

Section 11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising from your use of our website or a transaction with Kaveechi, we encourage you to first contact us directly to resolve the matter informally. We aim to resolve all customer complaints within 30 days of receiving a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits or overrides your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you feel your consumer rights have been violated, you may also approach the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
